WHAT IS INTUITIVE EATING?

Proper Nutrition is going to optimize your performance.

1.
Listening to your hunger cues, which means eating food when your body saying, 'I am hungry please feed me'! Like animals do!
WILD animals - domestic animals, conversely, will eat 'til they pop. #labrador

2.
A diet is a temporary weight loss solution; once off of the diet, most people will regain the weight they lost while dieting and will also have thrown off their natural hunger cues!

3.
Encourage yourself to eat mindfully and learn to listen to your body's hunger cues, rather than getting used to feeling hungry and just ignoring the hunger cues as many dieters do.

4.
Not everyone is going to love hearing this but I’m putting it out there anyway … Counting macros is a diet. It’s a fad diet and its unsustainable. Is it wrong to do? Nope! Is it likely to get you results? Yep! Is it the only way to know how much you are supposed to eat & the only way to keep track of what you are eating? … I will stop asking myself easy questions to make myself sound smarter now, and you get the idea. It’s a thing to do, it’s not the ONLY thing to do.

5.
Dial in your nutrition sustainably without the rigid restrictions of a diet. It is also a way to live where it is unlikely to find yourself trying to fit 39 protein, 84 carbs and 0 fat in right before bedtime.

6.
In conclusion intuitive eating can be implemented whether or not you are tracking macrosnutrients! If you love your macro numbers, keep them going! If you have been tracking macros for a while, consider trusting yourself enough to choose your portion sizes based on what makes you feel full and happy.
